Delete Your Hylura Account

If you would like to delete your Hylura account, you may request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@mitsukiyume.com
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the username or email address associated with your account

What happens when your account is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Your account email
• Username
• Account profile data
• Cloud-stored scan history

Some billing or fraud-prevention records may be retained temporarily and are automatically removed within 30 days.
